What preschools ask us
Which preschools is Skooldash for?
Any preschool, kindergarten (tadika) or childcare centre (taska), from a single centre to a group with many branches. Skooldash is also a natural fit for Islamic-concept preschools: Iqra' and Quran reading records (PMU), Juz 'Amma hafazan, khatam badges, Solat Practice in the assessments and an Iqra' world in SkooLingo are all ready from day one.
What makes Skooldash special?

Do we need to install anything?
No. The admin panel runs in any web browser, and teachers and parents use the phone apps.
How is the price worked out?
By the number of active students, billed once a year. Subscribe before 1 January 2027 to lock in the launch price.
Can we bring our existing student list?
Yes. We set up the system with you and bring in your student list when you start, so you are ready from day one.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Protecting your data is our priority:
- We follow the principles of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your data is used only to run your preschool, and is never sold or shared for marketing.
- Every preschool has its own system and its own database, on secure cloud servers protected by a firewall.
- Everything sent between your devices and Skooldash is encrypted (HTTPS/SSL), and passwords are stored encrypted.
- Staff see only what their role allows, and Skoo AI never sends children's names to the AI service.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes. Parents can pay right in the app in many ways: FPX online banking, DuitNow, Visa and Mastercard cards, e-wallets and Google Pay. Every payment is recorded automatically, and the receipt is ready in the app.
What about training and support?
You get full support from us: training for your administrators and teachers over online meetings, quick help on WhatsApp, and step-by-step tutorial videos to watch any time.
